How does Serverspace bill my account for the servers I use?
In our work we use the "Pay-as-you-go" system, which entails that your account gets charged every 10 minutes only for the resourses that are powered on. If you construct and delete your server, you only get charged for the time that your server was working and not a second more.
How often should I top up my funds?
Choose when to top up your account yourself - we don't police that.
Just make sure that your account balance doesn't reach zero. Bare in mind: we delete servers with all of their data after 2 weeks of payment failure.
What if I get lost in the process of server setup?
