Subscription-based service of managed cloud infrastructure
Amsterdam, the Netherlands — March 11, 2021 — Serverspace cloud provider informs on launching the service of managed cloud infrastructure. This service is aimed at those already using the provider’s infrastructure.
The service allows delegation of servers maintenance to Serverspace technical experts, who will be performing setups, monitor health and security statuses, deal with emerging incidents, etc.
In the service framework three tariff plans are available. Each plan has its specific set of options:
- Basic
Works on infrastructure update and maintenance include: software installation and setup, update installation, backup setup, etc. - Advanced
Conditions of the Basic tariff plan are enriched with the availability of your personal account manager, as well as with infrastructure modernization works. - Pro
This tariff plan unites both Basic and Extended conditions, additionally providing infrastructure security works.
Service operations and billing
- The service operates as the monthly subscription for a selected tariff plan.
- By default management of one server is included into any tariff plan. With the necessity to manage 2 or more servers the cost will rise proportionally.
- Initial activation of the service is paid. The cost is ½ of a selected tariff plan, paid once at activation (non-recurrent).
- If after 1 month of use the subscription is not cancelled, it renews automatically for the next month.
