n8n is now available in the Serverspace control panel as a 1-Click App
We've added n8n to the list of ready-made cloud solutions (1-click apps) in the Serverspace control panel. n8n is an open-source automation platform that helps connect services, data, and APIs into visual workflows, so you don't have to transfer information manually or build one-off integrations from scratch.
The tool is useful when you have dozens of systems operating separately: CRM, email, messengers, website forms, spreadsheets, payment services, and internal applications. In n8n, you can build an "event → actions → result" chain and get predictable data processing based on rules that are visible to both business and technical teams.
n8n has a large ecosystem: the official website lists 500+ integrations, and the open-source project repository on GitHub has gathered 140k+ stars.
What this provides:
- Quick start — n8n is installed immediately when deploying the server, without manual installation and initial environment setup.
- Control — you get a self-hosted n8n on your own server and determine how to restrict access and where data is stored.
- Flexibility — workflows can be built from ready-made nodes, supplemented with code and API calls, and you can set up routing between systems without a separate custom integration for each task.
Common scenarios to get started with:
- Request/order from a form or messenger → entry in CRM → notification in Telegram/Slack → spreadsheet/dashboard update.
- Email with attachment → save to storage → parse data → create task in tracker.
- Event in service/internal system → trigger action chain on schedule or by trigger → audit result in one place.
How to connect:
- Open the Serverspace control panel and click "Create Server".
- At the configuration setup stage, select pre-installed applications and check n8n.
- After server deployment, proceed to create workflows and connect the services you need.
Important: n8n as a 1-click app is only available on vStack servers with Ubuntu OS.
