Launched Live Streaming for low-latency broadcasts

stream_blog1

A new service is now available in the Serverspace control panel — Live Streaming. It’s a ready-to-use solution for running live broadcasts: event streams, breaking news coverage, online lessons, live shopping, and other video formats.

The service works together with our CDN network: send your video once, and thanks to Serverspace servers located worldwide, viewers can watch it from anywhere with minimal latency and stable delivery.

We take care of fast global delivery, while you stay in full control of everything else: the player, monetization, audience engagement, and content.

How it works

  1. You send the stream: use OBS (Open Broadcaster Software), any camera, or streaming software and start broadcasting via familiar protocols — LL-HLS or WebRTC.
  2. The service ingests the stream and prepares it for delivery. The video is automatically encoded into the required codecs (H.264, AAC, Opus) so users can watch from different devices.
  3. Viewers watch from anywhere. The stream can be delivered to any platform: your website, mobile app, or even social networks. Our global CDN network spans 8 countries, keeping latency to a minimum.

Benefits of Serverspace Live Streaming

  • No forced player or monetization. You decide how to display the video, where to place ads, and how you earn.
  • Simple and predictable. No complicated setup — everything is enabled in the control panel in just a couple of minutes.
  • Independence. You stay fully in control of your content.

Who it’s for

  • Media and news outlets — for live reports from the field, where you can’t afford to lose connection for even a second.
  • Sports clubs and event organizers — stream a match simultaneously on your website, in your club app, and on social media.
  • Corporations — for internal broadcasts (meetings, training sessions) within a secure environment.
  • Robot owners and video surveillance systems — reliable video delivery over poor connections via the LL-HLS protocol.
  • E-commerce and brands — run live streams for sales events.

How to connect the service?

  1. Go to the Serverspace control panel, open the “Streaming” section, and click “Connect”.
  2. Enter the stream name, choose the protocol and video resolution.
  3. Click “Create” — and you’ll get a ready-to-use streaming link.

The service is already available in the control panel. Start your live stream today!
