Updated: 30 September 2026
On 15 September 2026, local authorities disconnected power to equipment operated by our partner ITGLOBAL.COM NL B.V. in Equinix AM2, Amsterdam. We currently have no access to servers hosted at that site. We do not know if or when access will be restored.
This affects only workloads that were running in Amsterdam. Other Serverspace locations are operating as normal.
If your servers were in Amsterdam
- Open a ticket in the control panel, or email support@serverspace.team with the subject "AMS / your account email / project ID".
- Tell us whether you have a backup outside Amsterdam and which location you want to move to.
- Our engineers will help restore your project from backups in another region.
If you migrate because of this incident, the first month in the new location is on us — even if that location is more expensive. Write to support to apply it.
We cannot turn the Amsterdam equipment back on ourselves. We also cannot promise recovery of data that exists only on those servers. If you have no backup, say so in the ticket. We will record the request and explain the next available steps. Timelines in that case are not under our control.
How to contact us
- Fastest: ticket in the control panel
- Email: support@serverspace.team
Please include: account email, project or server ID, Amsterdam service list, and whether a backup exists.
We will update this page when there is a verified change — not on a PR schedule.
